Match number two saw The Man that Gravity Forgot, Neville, take on the inspirational Bo Dallas, accompanied to the ring by Curtis Axel. This was a good, competitive, back-and-forth affair, full of Neville's signature flips and twists. It ended when the 'Jumping Geordie' disposed of Axel at ringside and hit the Bo-liever with a beautiful Red Arrow for the three count.

After what was one of the better matches of the evening, Neville cut a short promo giving a shoutout to his mother, who was in attendance, and saying that he may come from all the way up North in Newcastle, but he's still British, is proud to be British and will continue to represent this great country around the world. Fans approved.

While he was saying all of that, I couldn't help but think about what an easy night Curtis Axel had at ringside. He was literally only there to dish out a forearm to Neville on the outside and take one or two moves, such as Neville's crisp half-twist topé. I assumed he would come out later for a match of his own but that didn't happen.

It would be nice to see WWE give Neville (and Bo Dallas, for that matter) a bit more direction in the future. They worked well together here and Neville really has most, if not all, of the tools to be a real player some day.
