Imagine being in attendance for the Superstars Of Wrestling Federation show this past May and seeing the return of Flash Funk. That short-lived WWE gimmick didn't catch on for Charles Scaggs in the mid-90s, but the same can't be said of his 2 Cold Scorpio guise a few years earlier.

Introducing fans to the wonders of the 450 Splash, Scorpio worked a lightning-fast style that helped make him a regular for both WCW and New Japan Pro Wrestling. The guy can't pull off the move today, but he's still nimble enough that matches don't come across as sad examples of a past-his-prime performer who should really call it a day.

Aged 51, Scorpio has worked four matches in 2017 for WrestleCon, Fighting Evolution Wrestling, On Point Wrestling, and the aforementioned SWF. As someone who helped establish the high-flying style in North America, Scorpio has influenced much of what WWE's Cruiserweight stars do today.
