7. Braun Strowman

Just the thought of Braun Strowman winning the Royal Rumble will likely cause you to roll your eyes and say "Been there, done that," but the possibility of it happening should not be overlooked.

In the four years he's been on WWE's main roster, Strowman has somehow managed to accomplish a ton without ever breaking through to the next level. He's been Mr. Money in the Bank, won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and reigned as Raw Tag Team champion, yet can never seem to win whenever it matters most.

He's failed in every opportunity he's had at Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship, but that hasn't stopped WWE from booking the bout many times over. WrestleMania could be the place Strowman finally slays The Beast Incarnate once and for all, or where he competes for the Universal Championship against his old mentor Bray Wyatt.

Either way, Strowman makes as much sense as anyone to come out on top in the Rumble. His experience as the winner of the Greatest Royal Rumble in April 2018 and as the runner-up in last year's Rumble should bode well for his chances, if nothing else.

In his defense, the fans have yet to give up on him. WWE must go all in with him as a main event player before it's too late, and a Rumble win would do a lot to make up for the years of bad booking he's endured.
