10 People WWE Should Remove From The Hall Of Fame

1. Jimmy Snuka

Like Hulk Hogan, WWE have already acknowledged that Jimmy Snuka is a blight on their puffed-up publicity gala - but only in as far as it casts shade on the company.

Shortly after he was arrested and charged with third-degree murder for the 1983 death of girlfriend Nancy Argentino, Snuka's legends contract was suspended, and his Hall of Fame status rapidly revoked. 'Superfly' repeatedly dodged justice through ill health, and died just 12 days after a judge ruled he was mentally unfit to stand trial in January 2017.

In WWE's eyes, death exonerated Snuka of all crimes; in his wake, Argentino's killer was immediately restored to legend status, and given the a full mawkish memorial video package. Despite the company apparently siding with God's judgement, they failed to restore the Snuka surname to second generation superstar Tamina. The implicit suggestion was that they did know how outright tone deaf it was to associate a member of their much-vaunted Women's Evolution with a man who only avoided prison for a domestic violence related death through divine providence. And yet kept him in the Hall of Fame.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
