10 People WWE Should Remove From The Hall Of Fame

2. Hulk Hogan

Although any wrestling Hall of Fame without Hulk Hogan defies logic, the Hulkster's leaked audition for America's Most Racist Home Videos made his necessary inclusion paradoxically untenable. WWE agreed, his high-profile status combined with his very public downfall forcing them to take the extreme measure of giving Hogan the full Singles Action treatment.

The company were finally convinced Hogan had served his penance in November 2018, coincidentally around the same time the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia requested part two of Coliseum Video's 'Best of WWF' live tour. The disgraced superstar was invited backstage at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, where his camera-friendly but not-quite-contrite apologies were recorded, for some sort of Network edited posterity someway down the line.

Hogan's Hall of Famer status was also restored - in the process both legitimising and de-legitimising the institution.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
