Definitely the most out there inclusion on this list, the fact that Eli Roth worked alongside World Championship Wrestling will surprise a lot of people, but he did. Working in the production department, Roth planned to direct several animated shorts which would air throughout WCW programming, but the clips would sadly never transpire. Directing big-budget movies such as the Hostel series and starring in titles such as Inglorious Basterds, Roth would get his big break by directing the cult classic Cabin Fever, a movie which would go on to greatly surpass initial expectations. Eventually, the horror favourite would go on to become great friends with none other than Chris Jericho, but the pair didn't really cross paths much until after Jericho moved to WWE. A huge fan of pro wrestling, Eli Roth is a feather in the cap of WCW, but it's unclear just how much involvement he had behind the scenes. Roth was far from an established name when working for the company in the late-90's, but it's still a cool fact that he was under the WCW banner, albeit relatively briefly.
