4. Neville
Since reaching the main roster, Neville has not fared particularly well. Like Bo Dallas before him, he's faded into the background fairly quickly with only his incredible finishing move keeping him a reasonably regular fixture on WWE programming it seems. Neville has delivered some gripping A+ matches when given the opportunity though (see his title matches against John Cena and Seth Rollins for proof of that), and there's absolutely no reason to believe that wouldn't be the case if he were to take on Alberto Del Rio. Neville's high flying style would surely fit well with Del Rio's, and these two delivering an instant classic isn't remotely hard to imagine. Again, this possible rivalry also benefits from being something totally new to the WWE Universe, and let's face it, seeing Neville face anyone who isn't Stardust, King Barrett, or Sheamus would be a real treat. Even if he's not ultimately successful, Neville has done more than enough to prove that he's worthy of some sort of championship based feud, and while he'd no doubt fare pretty well in a programmed with Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens, the man that gravity forgot taking on Del Rio feels like a much more exciting prospect.
