10 Potential Bryan Danielson Dojo Recruits In AEW
4. Bandido
Although it’s unclear what direction Ring of Honor will be taken in now that Tony Khan has purchased the company, it’s not a stretch to assume talents will crossover between the two shows in some capacity. So, why not add a current Ring of Honor star to the new stable as a way to get some more eyes on the upcoming ROH reboot?
Bandido is currently set to face off with Jonathan Gresham at the upcoming Supercard of Honor to decide the undisputed Ring of Honor Champion. If Bandido were to win this match and take home the gold, joining the ‘Danielson Dojo’ would be a great way to garner some more hype around Ring of Honor while adding some gold to the newly formed group.
At 26 years old, Bandido certainly fits the idea of a young wrestler who could benefit from working with the likes of Danielson and Moxley. While some might argue that Bandido doesn’t need the group and has succeeded on his own, there is always something to gain when young talent and veterans intertwine. Even a short stint in the group that eventually leads to a feud between them could do wonders for both Bandido and Ring of Honor itself.
