10 Precise Moments TNA Was The Best Wrestling Show On Earth

8. Elix Skipper Walks The Cage

A billion points to Elix Skipper for this, and not just because of the immense bravery to even devise or attempt it in the first place. A favourite of the somewhat under-appreciated 2000/2001 WCW Cruiserweight Division, Skipper had his best run in TNA as a member of Triple X. He had his best walk during their bloody war with America's Most Wanted.

Driven to desperate lengths in a match that forced the losing team to split, 'Prime Time' saw the opportunity to make himself the most-watched man in the industry and took it. There was just something so impossible about the feat of athleticism here, with the spot deserving additional credit for not feeling out of place in a match that steered into the grisly southern-style cage matches of old.

In truth, it elevated the machine more than the man, but the company knew what they had in the jaw-dropping footage. For the first time in their short history, TNA found a wrestler, match and moment that irrefutably dominated the conversation - if you weren't watching when it happened, you simply had to track it down and see it for yourself.
