10 Most Predictable Royal Rumbles Ever

8. Shawn Michaels, 1996

The WWF might as well have flashed a graphic saying 'SPOILER: SHAWN MICHAELS WINS' before the 1996 Royal Rumble. Nobody else could have won it since the WWF was intent on having Bret versus Shawn headline WrestleMania XII. Michaels had won the Rumble in 1995 but had lost his big title match with Diesel at WrestleMania XI. It was only a matter of time before he was going to win the big one and 1996 was definitely the year to do it. To accomplish this, Shawn had to win the Rumble, which he did by last eliminating Diesel. With a final six that included Kama Mustafa, Duke Droese and Isaac Yankem, it was obvious The Heartbreak Kid was going over. Predictable, yes, but undoubtedly the right winner. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlBeQshE1R8
