WWE love to make returning legends into authority figures. Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley, Ric Flair, Bret Hart, all people with zero qualifications necessary to maintain the healthy running of a television show. It wouldnt be too surprising to see Sting in some form of authoritative role at some point in the near future. Itd be a good way of pitting Sting, the ultimate WCW guy, against Triple H who is arguably the ultimate WWE guy, without having them actually wrestle. What greater indignity for the McMahon family than for the man who avoided them for so long to somehow now run their own show? Its the sort of feud that could pay off with a match if both men felt up to it, but doesnt necessarily have to. Thered also be the added benefit of as General Manager, or Commissioner or what-have-you, Sting can interact with anyone. As much as everyone wants Sting to meet John Cena, or Sting to meet Bray Wyatt, isnt there a little part of you that wants Sting to meet Heath Slater?
