6. Will WWE Need More Talent?

The short answer? Yes.

As previously stated, Vince McMahon recently made the revelation that WWE's talent roster is bigger than ever, despite recent talent cuts. To provide a roster deep enough to carry two weekly, multi-hour live cable television shows WWE will need to keep their talent headcount at an all-time high.

This will likely mean procuring talent from various independents, more call-ups and promotions from NXT, and an increased size of future WWE Performance Center classes. It may seem counterproductive that WWE recently parted ways with some talented individuals right before they embark on a journey that will require a large number of workers, but that's nothing new.

WWE has always tried to keep things fresh in terms of the talent they utilize. Just because they're expanding their offerings and will be featuring additional "spots" for their contracted talent doesn't mean that they want to keep using increasingly stale veterans.

Vince McMahon has never stayed with the same group of talent for very long without constantly adding new faces. That's how he's always ran his business and that's how he'll continue to run it going forward. Expect there to be new talents hired, yes, but that doesn't mean there's a freeze on talent releases either.
