5. What Did You Think About Vince's Idea For An Incest Angle?
Vince McMahon is a strange, strange person, and one of his oddest ideas was briefly mentioned in "McMahon," a WWE DVD release from 2006. That year, Stephanie McMahon gave birth to her first daughter, and apart from a few pregnant appearances by the Billion-Dollar Princess on TV and few knowing jokes from D-Generation X, there was no storyline revolving around the baby - but that's only because Vince didn't get his way.
According to the DVD, Vince McMahon (who's reportedly always wanted to run an incest angle) pitched an idea where he'd be revealed as the father of Stephanie's baby. It turns out the rest of the McMahons have limits, though, and Stephanie quickly shot the angle down. When Vince came back with a proposal that Shane could be the father of her baby, Stephanie and Shane both refused.
So is there more to the story than that? What was running through Stephanie's mind when she got the pitch from Vince (aside from "My father's a giant creep")? Or was it more of a "Haha, that's our Vince," reaction? Maybe she'll shed some light on it in the book.
