The former Intercontinental Champion (and Miss WrestleMania Battle Royal winner) has numerous tattoos all with personal significance to Marella. Santino stated in an interview that he gets them at different stages of his life.

There's a horse tattoo, which he explains is a "strong animal that's very stubborn. A horse won't settle for anything less than what it wants - just like me." He also has a lion inked across his entire back which took nearly 13 excruciating hours to finish and is there so that the king of the jungle can watch his back throughout his career.

Nevertheless, by far the most intriguing piece of body art he has is the image of Conan the Barbarian on his chest. Marella revealed that Conan is an inspiration to him, saying, "He was born a peasant in a common village and became king by his own hand. I too was born into a simple family and now I'm a WWE Superstar on a journey to become king of my domain."

Never change, Santino.
