Technically, AJ Styles has already had a WWE Title shot, as the belt was on the line during the Royal Rumble. However, in the traditional sense, a title shot would be a one on one match with the WWE Champion. This is something that Styles should have the ambition to aim for. He's a long way off it, but if he maintains popularity and keeps on performing well, then WWE may just consider him as a number one contender. It could even be the case that he gets a shot on a Raw episode, a little like Neville did against Seth Rollins in 2015. Just that shot would be a big achievement for a guy who never imagined working in WWE. As for winning it, that's an achievement too far. It would be so unlikely, especially given the younger talent WWE have at their disposal. The likes of Reigns and Rollins will be dominating the title scene for the foreseeable future.
