1. Because Paul Heyman Is So Gosh Darn Entertaining!
As the world witnessed on the August 18 episode of Raw, Paul Heyman is the most engaging talker in the industry. His ability to connect with the entire audience, regardless of age, gender or race makes him an asset. The way he manages to build up Lesnar's opponents while simultaneously putting Brock over is a gift that very few in the industry can ever claim to have. He is very much the Doctor Frankenstein to Lesnar's Frankenstein's Monster, the creator of an aura that has led to Lesnar's successful comeback to WWE and his latest heavyweight title reign. Without him, there is no doubt that Lesnar would be unable to carry his own on the microphone and as a result, may have failed in his attempt to reintegrate himself in the industry he abandoned a decade ago. So superb is Heyman that he alone is reason enough to keep the title on Lesnar for an elongated period of time. Watching him cut down, build up and hype talent is as entertaining as any wrestling match could ever be and he seems to hit his stride when touting the accomplishments of his real life best friend. A performer whose claim to the throne of greatest sports-entertainer in WWE today is very real, Heyman is as good to Lesnar as Lesnar is to WWE and that makes him irreplaceable. Let Lesnar dominate between the ropes and Heyman carry the mic game and WWE could have a heel act on their hands unmatched since the days of the McMahon-Helmsley Era.
