10 Reasons CM Punk's Legal Attack On WWE Was A Mistake

1. Punk Will Lose

There's little reason to believe CM Punk will gain anything from challenging the WWE. Maybe he would be successful in attaining royalties, but then WWE would surely make all that money back by suing him for not turning up to work this past six months. He's in a no-win situation against a juggernaut of a company. So why has made such a move? Out of desperation seems a possible answer. He saw the Punk marketing plastered over WWE 2K15 and snapped. He then got bad legal advice, because what law firm in their right mind thinks he actually has a case? This is a guy who stormed off the job and still expects to get paid! Life doesn't work like that. The bigger costs might not even prove to be financial. As we detailed, WWE could smear Punk's legacy and bury his wife's career. And all for what? So the prima-donna former star can claw back a chunk of money? This battle really isn't worth it; as the Straight Edge Superstar will learn to his detriment. WWE are holding the bigger cards in a game that's primed to get ugly. Keep checking in at whatculture.com/wwe for the very latest developments.
