It isn't just the formal difficulty that CM Punk is up against, he's also facing emotional difficulty in the fact that his wife still works for WWE. What kind of position is he putting AJ Lee in? The 27 year old Diva is stuck between a rock and a hard place. On the one hand she wants to support her husband, on the other hand she has her own career to think of. As a life long wrestling fan, AJ is living her dream. She'll also be aware that there really isn't anywhere else to make a living as a pro wrestler. She needs WWE, and that's what makes a legal move so inadvisable to CM Punk. He's going to jeopardise his wife's dreams. That's because the WWE are almost certain to use AJ as a pawn in any potential dispute with Punk. They'll bury her in creative, or maybe not even use her at all. It's a fairly unsavoury thing to do, but then that's how these things work. If CM Punk is brash enough to try and ruin WWE 2K15, then his former employer is definitely bold enough to ruin his wife's career. A bit like a grand version of 'tit for tat' playing out in an ugly dispute.
