10 Reasons CM Punk's Legal Attack On WWE Was A Mistake
5. Hurting The Fans
With speculation rife that Punk produced his letter to stop WWE 2K15, you have to say that it is us the fans who'll be hurt by all of this. Punk might think he's hurting the WWE, but in reality they'll be just fine. Whatever happens with WWE 2K15, the game is eventually going to get released, and those involved are going to make a whole lot of money. We the fans however are going to feel the brunt of it if the game ends up significantly delayed or altered. We'd all looked forward to the CM Punk vs John Cena theme aspect of the game. To be honest, it sounded like the best part. This would've allowed us to play through the greatest WWE feud of this era, unlocking interview and documentary portions along the way. Punk has jeopardised that. If the rivalries content ends up being pulled out, fans will be furious, it'll reflect terribly on Punk. Not to mention the fury that 2K and WWE will be harbouring. It's just hard to see how this whole letter move will bring anything but bad feeling toward Phil Brooks as a person.
