10 Reasons John Cena Must Win WWE Title At TLC

It's the only way to fi the rut WWE is in.

Brock Lesnar shocked the world at SummerSlam when he completely dismantled John Cena, and delivered 16 German suplexes to the champion. Cena wasn't able to muster any offense, and it was the first time we had seen him look so weak in the ring. Lesnar defeated Cena in a squash match main event, and became the new WWE Champion. The WWE was sending a clear statement to everyone that Brock Lesnar was their choice to carry the company for the foreseeable future. The fans were behind this decision, as many had grown tired of having John Cena as the champion. What better champion could the WWE have than the "Beast Incarnate," who on paper had all the credentials. Lesnar is the only person to have won the NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Championship, the UFC Championship and the WWE Championship. He was also coming off of his biggest WWE win, as he defeated The Undertaker at WrestleMania 30, ending his impressive undefeated streak at the event. An intrigue and curiosity grew in the wrestling world, as we wondered how a part time wrestler would fair as the WWE Champion. When would we see him on television or pay-per-views, and how often would the title be defended? In the months to follow, it become clear that the WWE made a mistake putting the title on Lesnar. He has had one title defense since winning the championship (a span of over 3 months), and we have not seen him since the Night of Champions pay-per-view on September 21st. To make matters worse, there are no plans for Lesnar to return to WWE TV until December 8th, for their Slammy Awards on RAW. The only way to fix this situation is for Brock Lesnar to drop the title to John Cena. Cena has earned the opportunity to face Lesnar again, and this match needs to happen as soon as the next pay-per-view Tables, Ladders and Chairs. Here are 10 reasons Brock Lesnar needs to drop the title to John Cena at TLC.
