10 Reasons Randy Orton Must Return To WWE As The Legend Killer
8. It's His Best Work As A Heel
Since WWE clearly shouldn't be bringing Orton back as a babyface, let's take a look at the options he brings to the table as a heel. We've seen Randy as the slithering psychopath, the pampered 'Face of WWE' and as the heel Legend Killer, and from an entertainment standpoint the latter reigns supreme above all else. The cocky, brash Orton that legitimately p*ssed off the locker room back in the day is what is best for business here. (of course, his wiser head will ensure that any foul play stays well within the bounds of kayfabe) While it would seem inevitable that a big name like Orton returning to WWE after a prolonged spell on the shelf would garner a huge initial pop from the crowd, WWE would be smart in having him come back as a bad guy from the off. WWE have enough in the good guy department but have far too many tweeners who they try to pass off as heels. Having Orton return to besmirch some of the fans' favourites would help to restore that balance somewhat.
