10 Reasons Shane McMahon Vs The Undertaker Is A Mistake

2. Not A Very Good In-Ring Match

With the exception of a few gimmicked Shane bumps, and potentially John Cena getting involved to set up his match with Taker at Mania 33, what can the WrestleMania 32 co-main event really hope to achieve? From an in-ring point of view, it looks horrible. Shane's limitations have been documented, and let's not forget that even Taker has had his share of dud matches. At fifty one years of age by the time the match rolls around, and against a none wrestler, it isn't like this is an easy match. Taker had Bray Wyatt and Brock Lesnar to help the action along last year, but isn't as if Shane McMahon can be relied upon the same way. The pressure is on the deadman, and he isn't a certainty to deliver. It just doesn't look like an exciting match. Purist wrestling fans will be left disappointed that this was the best co-main event WrestleMania could muster. Fans who shelled out thousands back in the fall are bound to be gutted with the way the top of the card has worked out.
