10 Reasons Why Sting Is Hesitant To Join WWE

8. The WWE Hall Of Fame Doesn't Interest Him

There is an assumption made by fans that Sting wants to go to WWE in order to get inducted into their Hall of Fame. Just because WWE is the biggest wrestling company in the world doesn't mean that every wrestler wants to be in their Hall of Fame. It's not like it's a legitimate thing anyway when below average performers like Koko B. Ware are in there while all time greats like Randy Savage are not. We know that WWE has inducted a lot of wrestlers that have never worked for them before, so there really is no set of rules for it. It's just a matter of WWE putting in the people they want for whatever reason. In Sting's case, they know he would be considered a draw by those fans in their mid-20s, 30s and older that grew up watching the guy. The question is, does he even care about it? He may not. Assuming he does is the wrong way to look at it because as somebody that has had no association with WWE he likely doesn't see it as home. All they really own are footage from his NWA/WCW career. His likeness is his own thing as we saw when he was in TNA. A lot of wrestlers like going into the WWE Hall of Fame obviously, but for a guy like Sting it may not be something he really wants.
