10 Reasons The Shield Will Inevitably Reform In 2015
8. Roman Reigns Needs The Fan Support
For some of 2014 and all of this year, Roman Reigns was being groomed to be the next great face of the WWE. John Cena had gradually stepped back and out of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture for the first time in years, making room for Reigns to take his rightful place in the spotlight. However, as the year ended and especially once Reigns won the 2015 Royal Rumble, something strange happened: the fans turned their backs on him. It didn't get better over the months leading up to WrestleMania 31. While many believed that Reigns was slated to take home the WWE World Heavyweight gold that night against Brock Lesnar, his former Shield partner Rollins snuck in under everyone's noses and won instead. WWE obviously sees a long, fruitful, and profitable future for Reigns' career. If they want to get him back on everyone's good sides, he was very beloved in The Shield. With the backing of Ambrose and Rollins, Reigns could perhaps become the ultimate face in the WWE.
