It'd be amiss not to mention the "other" promotion rattling around during the infamous era when pro wrestling could seemingly do no wrong. Extreme Championship Wrestling was remarkably different to both WWE and WCW, and damn proud of it! ECW Exposed features former announcer Joey Styles, who sits down with ECW's head honcho, Paul Heyman. Now known to younger fans as the 'advocate' for Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, Heyman is a fascinating interview guest, and always extols such an alluring mix of hyperbole and passion - the man comes across as truly believing everything he says, which is admirable, but can make it hard to ascertain whether or not what he's saying is 100% truthful. WWE dragged the ECW name through the mud with their own version of the brand a few years back, but it's nice to see them give ample time to the people who know it best, and allow them to tell their story. This is a superb complement to the excellent 'Rise & Fall Of ECW' DVD.
