The best workers also help others around them.

Roman's 'Tribal Chief' run has facilitated pushes for The Usos, Sami Zayn, Finn Bálor and more during PWI's evaluation period of July 2021-June 2022. Further, Reigns' Bloodline gimmick recently brought NXT's Solo Sikoa to the main roster and guaranteed him automatic relevance on SmackDown.

The champ has been so good that he's even added a fresh coat of paint to more established workers like Brock Lesnar. 'Cowboy' Brock, and the outlandish/unpredictable mannerisms that came with it, might not have worked out quite so well without heel foil like Reigns on the other side as a counterpoint to help sell it.

Anybody, heel or baby, who is associated with Roman gets a leg up in the eyes of the fans. He's the single most important character on WWE TV for that very reason, and he provides a creative crutch the writers can lean on when they're stuck.
