One of the most appealing aspects of pro wrestling is the gimmick match. Ladder matches, Table matches, Falls Count Anywhere, I Quit matches. Well guess what? They'd have to go. I could see Steel Cage matches staying, but they'd be over very quickly. Ladder matches too would end very suddenly.

You'd have to seriously hurt your opponent in a Last Man Standing match. The public could be endangered in a Street Fight. And First Blood matches would just be ugly.

Whether because they're too violent, or just too silly (TNA's Ultimate X would be interesting) gimmick matches would just not be feasible if wrestling was real.
