10 Reasons Why WWE Fastlane 2016 Truly, Utterly Sucked
8. The Continued Burial Of The Wyatt Family
It's one thing for the Wyatt Family to lose to the Brothers of Destruction at Survivor Series when celebrating 25 years of The Undertaker, but it's a completely different story to have the Wyatts lose to a team of Big Show, Kane and Ryback. Bray Wyatt and his legion of menacing bearded weirdos have clearly been on the back-burner in the WWE in recent times despite creating one of the most ominous atmospheres in WWE history. Nothing, not even The Undertaker, is quite like experience the Wyatt Family's presence. However, Wyatt and the fam can't seem to catch a break, constantly being stomped down at every turn in the majority of feuds. Despite Bray Wyatt being touted as a potential future WWE Champion and one of the best workers on the microphone in the business, he can't even seem to get a leg up in the most uninteresting of matches. You could quite easily argue that Big Show, Kane and Ryback have all been booked poorly in the last two years, and although they claimed the win, it's not a booking decision that does any of them any favours. It's unlikely the pair will be teaming up again in the future and neither of them received any sort of rocket-fuelled pushed as a result of claiming victory. On the other hand, the Wyatt Family looks weak despite being comprised of modern day monsters. What was the point?
Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
