8. They've Got A Weak Heel Lineup
Despite how poorly he's been booked and how badly he's drawn, Seth Rollins has done a good job as WWE Champion from a pure quality point of view. His matches always deliver, he carries himself with confidence in the ring, and he delivers badly-scripted promos as well as can be expected. Still, he's not drawing money, and that's the most important thing. Going further down the card, things look even worse. The company's number two heel, by default, is Bray Wyatt, and for all his talent, WWE creative has shown that they don't know what to do with him - he'll surely lose to Undertaker at Survivor Series, and pushing Braun Strowman seems to be a higher priority for Vince McMahon in the long run. The company's number three heel is Sheamus, and he's certainly not drawing any money anytime soon. Turning Cena would solve all of the company's heel problems - not only would there be a new man on top, but WWE's usual issues with booking heels weakly wouldn't apply to a tried-and-true superstar like Cena. Plus, with the heel side of things taken care of, the creative team can focus on their babyface problems.
