Whilst not a call to arms for the quality of the match, or the aftermath, The Miz belongs in an extremely exclusive club as the only person other than The Rock to defeat John Cena in a singles match at Wrestlemania.

And not just any old Wrestlemania contest, but the honest-to-god WWE Title main event on the biggest show of the year.

History has shown Miz to be an odd man out in the programme sadly, having spent some time forced to the fringes in the build-up as Cena exchanged barbs with that year's 'Guest Host' The Rock.

But that doesn't tell the whole story of the feud.

Determined not to be considered the afterthought, Miz got the better of Cena for weeks at a time, including a famous segment in which he marched out to ringside with a dead-on Rock impression to beat down 'The Doctor of Thuganomics', and remind 'Big Match John' exactly who his Wrestlemania opponent actually was.

On the night itself, The Miz would win a restarted match after the two first fought to a count-out, but also bravely battled through a very real concussion he admitted suffering midway through the contest.
