WrestleMania 32 wasn't Roman Reigns' first Mania main event, nor was it his first WWE Championship victory. It was more like a next step. It isn't like an era changing moment fans will reflect upon, it was just the next stop in the franchise project's journey.

In contrast, the most memorable Mania shows, are watershed moments. Seth Rollins cashing in MITB for the first time at Mania, winning his first WWE Title, that's a legacy moment.

But for Reigns at Mania 32, what happened was just the transition of the title back on to him. It was all very predictable. It wasn't a bad match, he did deserve the victory, and he could be set for an amazing few years in the franchise slot. But he'll still look back to that Mania 31 match with Lesnar as his best Mania performance. That was an all time classic, the Hunter match wasn't.
