10 Reasons WWE Are Struggling Without Brock Lesnar
9. The Gulf Between Full Time WWE Babyfaces And Babyface Lesnar
With Brock Lesnar positioned as the top babyface around WrestleMania, it served to highlight just how bland the babyfaces are on the full time WWE roster. Subbing for Brock as number one contender at Extreme Rules is Randy Orton. It isn't like it is horrible booking, but it is also clearly not even half as meaningful as Lesnar. Orton is a good worker and his feud with Rollins is hot. The fact that it still feels like just another match tells you just how over Lesnar is as a star, he makes everything seem more important, which in turn makes WWE's roster of full time babfaces seem less important. Below Orton, the roster is even less inspiring. Daniel Bryan is banged up, John Cena is over exposed. Then you've got the likes of Dolph Ziggler and Dean Ambrose who are too stop / start in the booking and intermittently lost in the shuffle. There's stars in WWE and then there's THE star, which right now is the absent Brock Lesnar.
