10 Reasons WWE Fans Are Still Chanting CM Punk’s Name

2. He Was The €œFace Of The Company€ For 434 Days

From November 20, 2011 to January 27, 2013, CM Punk was the WWE Champion. He was managed by Paul Heyman, and though he was a heel, it was awesome. After the untimely death of "Macho Man" Randy Savage, he dressed like him, and adopted two of his highspots into his arsenal. He also beat up John Laurinaitis, defeated Chris Jericho, had great matches with Daniel Bryan, shoot fell in love with AJ Lee, had memorable interactions with Mick Foley and Vince McMahon, and made The Rock look like a million bucks. Yeah. That kind of guy should likely be chanted for every day for the rest of his life.
