Too much too soon. That's the story of Roman Reigns' WWE run so far. Roman signed for FCW in 2010 and was thrust into the main event picture less than four years later. That's one hell of a long way to come in a short space of time. Just look at the likes of Kevin Owens and Daniel Bryan who spent over 10 years learning their trade on the independents. With all that experience behind them, they took to the main roster scene like a duck to water. Heck, you can even look at Seth Rollins. The Architect spent seven years on the independents before The Shield's promotion to the main roster and look at how much more seamless his transition was to the top of the card. He carried RAW and SmackDown for much of 2015 with Reigns playing a supporting role. WWE have fast tracked Roman to the top and are paying the price somewhat. Yes his in-ring work is solid but that's about it, everything else needs a lot of improvement.
