10 Reasons WWE Roadblock Was Better Than Fastlane

10. Fans Are Hyped For WrestleMania

Let's not sugar-coat it: Fastlane was terrible. As the final pay-per-view event before WrestleMania 32, Fastlane should have left fans eagerly awaiting the Show of Shows rather than forcing them to vent their frustrations on Twitter via the #CancelWWENetwork trend. It's generally not too difficult to get excited for WrestleMania each year, but a turbulent three months of booking decisions culminating at Fastlane made mustering that same excitement an exceedingly difficult task. Since Shane McMahon's return, WWE has hardly put a foot out of place. The events of three weeks prior are now long forgotten after WWE put on a wrestling showcase for its audience at Roadblock, with a number of those frustrated with the company's booking decisions back on the WrestleMania bandwagon. Whether by accident or design, Roadblock has washed away the bad taste left in the mouths of WWE Universe members following Fastlane.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
