10 Reasons You Should Give WWE NXT Another Chance

8. It's Got One Of The Best Booked Women's Divisions In Wrestling

Women's wrestling has been through some hard times as of late. On WWE's main roster, Rhea Ripley hasn't had a proper feud for the Women's World Championship since winning it at WrestleMania 39, over four months ago. The Smackdown scene is filled with talented performers with no real direction and the only big non-title women's feud was just relegated from the SummerSlam card to a bog standard episode of Raw.

Away from WWE, AEW barely gives 15 minutes to the women's division over their five hours of weekly television and even so, the booking is vanilla and meaningless. Impact and Stardom are two spheres where you can access some strong booking of the women but no one puts more thought into their female roster than Shawn Michaels down in Orlando.

The current NXT Women's Champion is far from the most polished of wrestlers however Tiffany Stratton is improving week in week out and is quickly becoming the rightful face of the division. Aside from the title picture, Roxanne Perez's recent blood feud with Blair Davenport took centre stage in a Weapons Wild match at Great American Bash and demonstrated how both women are fantastic in-ring workers. We have also see fascinating character developments surrounding Thea Hail, Lyra Valkyria and even Kiana James following her love angle with Brooks Jensen.

While some of the female superstars are still developing, the division as a whole is getting such a strong spotlight shone on them and the performers are making the most of it.
