The 'Almost A Super Hero' gimmick was a turd from the get-go, and when Nikki A.S.H. walked out cosplaying as Snowball from Secret Life of Pets 2 (seriously, look it up), it was doomed to fail. Inexplicably, Vince McMahon rocket-strapped the goofy gimmick and a subsequent Money in the Bank win and successful cash-in swiftly followed.

The fans, however, didn't follow, and pretty quickly the apparent babyface Raw Women's Champion was being booed by the live crowd. Nikki dropped the belt and plummeted down the card, which is a real shame, as she deserves so much better than she has been given.

It could be worse; she could have been named Doudrop.

The inexplicable name change for Piper Niven was a noose around her main roster run from the start, and it seemed only logical when the floundering two acts eventually came together. Both heralding from Scotland and both capable of much more, they should have been a cornerstone of a women's tag division that has never quite gotten going.

With Doudrop telling Nikki to "start taking things seriously", the pairing have been nothing but losers. They never win, Nikki still dresses in her ridiculous outfit, and Niven, unfortunately, still has the worst name in wrestling.

How are we supposed to take them seriously if the writers don't? Whatever is in store for the duo's future, their act as a villainous tag team just isn't it.
