8. Tori & X-Pac

There's some heartbreak to this one. In November 1999 Tori became the on-screen girlfriend of Kane. She lost a match to X-Pac in December where the stipulation was that, if X-Pac won, he got to spend Christmas weekend with Tori. Upon her return, however, Tori claimed that X-Pac had been a perfect gentlemen and that nothing had happened. It was, as they say, a set-up all along as Tori soon turned on Kane (who began feuding with X-Pac) and became his girlfriend instead. Tori, that jezebel, helped X-Pac defeat Kane at No Way Out and the happy couple were soon regularly crotch chopping together on WWF television. DX members Road Dogg and X-Pac began feuding with The Dudley Boys in the summer, after the boys from Dudleyville tried to put Tori through a table. They would eventually succeed, powerbombing her through the wood at the King of the Ring. Shortly thereafter, Tori underwent surgery for a torn labrum and the romance was dropped. Tori did return on the October 30th Raw and slapped X-Pac for failing to protect her but that was it.
