10 Roster Moves WWE Must Make After SummerSlam 2017

9. Sanity To Raw

Current speculation suggests that if the second Superstar Shake-Up goes ahead, WWE will use it to place several NXT wrestlers on the main roster. They won't be short of options if this is the case, but while the rumours will likely have fans dreaming of acts like Asuka or Bobby Roode, it's unlikely that they'd shift either of their top champions (provided they retain at TakeOver: Brooklyn III).

Instead, we can probably look to acts further down the card. Sanity's Alexander Wolfe and Killian Dain will challenge for the Authors Of Pain's NXT Tag Team Championships in Brooklyn, but they aren't expected to overturn Paul Ellering's duo. There'll be very little left for them to do after that, so sending them up to Raw makes sense.

Nikki Cross would make a fine addition to the women's division, while Wolfe and Dain would give the likes of The Revival, Hardy Boyz, and Sheamus & Cesaro another team to compete with. The main thing holding them back is that their act may be a tad too similar to Bray Wyatt's, but this can be negated if Eric Young is given enough promo time to help differentiate the group.
