10 Royal Rumble Moments WWE Wants You To Forget

1. Roman Reigns Gets Booed Out Of The Building (2015)

It's insane now to think that people may have cheered had Roman Reigns ousted Batista from the 2014 Royal Rumble and ended the match as the victor. One year later, that goodwill towards Reigns had evaporated. Now, the shoe was on the other foot, Roman was playing the same role Batista had in 2014, and people still wanted Daniel Bryan to win.

This time, Bryan did enter. Lasting just over 10 minutes, he was eliminated by Bray Wyatt (ironically the man who had beaten him on the undercard 12 months beforehand). Reigns would go on the win the entire thing, securing his slot at WrestleMania 31.

Just as they had for Batista, fans booed. Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson was wheeled out to try and shift that negativity into something more positive, yet it was all for nothing. Wearing an expression of disbelief, Johnson looked like even he couldn't believe the scathing reaction to Roman's win.

WWE would much rather everyone had cheered Reigns winning the Rumble; it's not hard to imagine management still don't like the fact he was booed out of the building.
