10 Ruthless Aggression WWE Superstars You Forgot Existed

8. The Heart Throbs

Antonio Thomas and Romeo Roselli actually started off as a tag team before arriving in WWE and brought their gimmick as The Heart Breakers with them. As part of Ohio Valley Wrestling, they received a new name - The Heart Throbs - and even lost their surnames (proving that Vince McMahon has always had a thing for shortening the names of WWE Superstars).

Mostly used on Heat, they feuded with bigger name teams like William Regal & Eugene and The Hurricane & Rosey, but started gaining some serious attention after they began bringing two "hot chicks" to the ring to dance with them. Bear in mind that this was 2006, an era where Bra and Panties matches were as good as it got for WWE's "Divas."

Even with a decent gimmick for the time, Antonio and Romeo didn't seem to really take advantage of it, hence why they were released just one year after debuting in 2005. They remained together on the independent scene for at least upwards of a decade, and had both they and WWE maybe tried a little harder, there's at least a chance they could have been part of the company all that time.
