1. CM Punk Appears For A Promo Explaining His Absence
What else could be #1? More than a championship match, more than a tournament, fans worldwide want one thing, CM Punks return. The fact that Chicago is the host makes this the best opportunity since Wrestlemania for Punk to appear. Whether he shows up, and announces his return or his retirement, fans are looking for closure in this situation. Some fans feel they deserve it. Well as Wade Barrett would say, Im afraid Ive got some bad news. You dont deserve anything. We get what we get. Its CM Punks prerogative. If he no longer cares to update fans, at some point you have to let it go. Punk could come out and literally explain why things happened, and say hes done. Or he could cut his best promo since The Pipebomb, and return as an active performer. Which one would you prefer? CM Punks music hitting could possibly create the loudest ovation in the history of pro wrestling. If he aimed his promo toward Bryan, the euphoria that would spread would be more than enough to cover the absence of the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
