2. Stop Fantasy Booking

Wrestling fans need to stop making banners like the one above immediately. Please, for the love of god, stop making banners like the one above immediately.

Fantasy booking can be fun. It's a popular form of escapism that lets you get away from whatever frustrates you about WWE's creative output, allowing you to craft a world where Cesaro can become Universal Champion and headline WrestleMania 36 with Apollo Crews because you're letting the wrestlers wrestle, dammit! It's cute, it can spark creativity, and it gets people talking.

That's great, but buying into your own "genius" booking ideas will drive you insane. WWE are never going to pull the trigger on whatever wacky idea you've concocted in your head and whatever transpires on Raw and SmackDown, in the real world, will pale in comparison. Creating and investing in such matches, feuds, and storylines therefore sets you up for disappointment, so if you must do it, keep it lighthearted. Don't make the mistake of thinking that you somehow know how to book a billion-dollar wrestling promotion better than the guy who has been doing this for decades.
