10 Shocking (But Believable) Theories About WWE In 2016

2. Hulk Hogan Will Be Let Back In

The Theory: That the disgraced Hulk Hogan will be let back into WWE once the heat surrounding his 2015 racism scandal has officially died down. The Evidence: It's Hulk Hogan - you just know that he and Vince will work together. They've fallen out time and time again over the years for various reasons, yet when there's business to do they always put whatever came between them to one side and get on with it. It's not like Hulk even did something against Vince or WWE this time and he was only releases as a PR move. WWE could hardly have had Hogan on the books as an ambassador for the company. And Hogan knows he's in the wrong and is accepting his punishment, so to speak. He's been very repentive during media appearances and he's hopeful that he'll make a return to the company soon. Really, it's the only place (in wrestling at least) he can make serious money. Perhaps the most compelling evidence came courtesy of comments Triple H made during a November interview with Greg and the Morning Buzz. Asked about a potential Hulk Hogan return, The Game said:
For me, I hope so. It€™s about reinvigorating his brand and him as a human being and the confidence within the world as to who he is...we did what we needed to do, and he€™ll do what he needs to do to get himself back... re-establishing who he is as a human being I€™m sure is of utmost important to him, and I€™m sure he€™s gonna do it, and when he does, we€™ll go from there.
Will It Happen: Did you read those Triple H quotes, brother? It's pretty much a cert that he'll be back at some point next year, which is pretty shocking considering how quickly WWE dropped him and began distancing themselves from him in the wake of the racism scandal.
