As an ECW original, Mike Bucci is best known to long-time fans for his time in the Blue World Order as Nova. Meanwhile, WWE fans may remember him as the repackaged Simon Dean character from the mid 2000s. A solid mid-card act, Nova/Dean was a good worker in the ring and achieved memorable runs in both ECW and WWE.

Once he stepped away from the spotlight, Nova became a big part of WWE's developmental system; however, the gig would be short-lived and he left WWE in 2007. From there, Nova wasted little time preparing for life after wrestling and within days of leaving, was sitting his test to become a licensed mortgage originator in the New York/New Jersey area.

Nova eventually moved to Louisville and became the branch manager of Woodforest National Bank. While he seems both content and successful in his new home of finance, it's a notable departure from the world of sports entertainment. As such, Bucci still appears sporadically as both Simon Dean and Nova alongside his BWO brethren on the indie circuit.

If all else fails, he always has his Simon System to fall back on as a contingency plan.
