10 Shocks WWE Could Pull At Royal Rumble 2020

2. Ronda Rousey Returns

Or, y'know, this.

If Ronda Rousey does make a comeback at the Rumble, she's winning it. Picture the scene: Michael Cole and other announcers explain during the women's match that someone like Sarah Logan has been found on the locker room floor backstage. Her injuries mean a slot has just opened up in the Rumble.

Ta-da, it's Ronda, and she's walking to the ring like The Terminator on a mission. If Rousey then won the Rumble without cracking a smile, pointed to the WrestleMania sign like she did in 2018 and mouthed "Becky f*cking Lynch", it'd get everyone talking. It'd also be a big shock to help sell the notion that anything can happen at this time of the year.

It's important to point out that this is mere fantasy, but stranger things have happened before. Rousey does have unfinished business with Becky, and playing her as a straight up heel would provide their rivalry with a fresh twist in 2020.
