This was actually a serious surgery that took place after Candice injured her left shoulder. Although WWE didn't release any majorly gory photos, it's only right that we balance this list with some female representation. The girls get hurt just as bad as the guys and have to endure their own surgery hardships. The Candice injury happened in 2008 when she was teaming with Maria to beat the team of Jillian Hall and Victoria. Showing her inexperience in the ring, she managed to take a fall that pretty much shattered her left shoulder clavicle. The incident tore her tissue and broke the clavicle in four separate places. Basically, it hurt like hell.
