10 Signs That WrestleMania 36 Could Be A Crushing Disappointment

8. The Undertaker Did Not Look Good At Super ShowDown...

The other relic WWE is depending on at WrestleMania 36 is the Undertaker, who also looked deep into his Heroes Of Wrestling phase.

The Undertaker hasn't worked an acceptable singles match since 2015. The Graveyard Dogs were spectacular because it was a parlour trick. Without such an exceptional, old-magic WWE layout, the Undertaker tends to endanger himself in sad affairs. AJ Styles is the ideal 'Mania opponent, because he can bump big and craft excellence, but the problem is that WWE has already dropped the ol' clanger. He lowered Styles very gently to the ground as if he actually were an Undertaker, and because Styles had absorbed zero danger, this felt less like the build to an epic WrestleMania match and more like one of those times Triple H used to come out and Pedigree Wade Barrett, or something.

It's WrestleMania. Even the most cynical of numbed hearts will pop for the Undertaker's majestic entrance and the manifested dream match graphic of the stare-down.

But then, the bell will have to ring, and in the case of so many Undertaker matches, it sounds rather like a toll.
