Sure, he's not going to be there every week, but just the thought that Brock could turn up is generally enough to get people to tune in. Lesnar is money, and if you put him on SmackDown, you have instant credibility.
Then there's the fact that where Mr Lesnar goes, a certain Mr Heyman tends to follow closely behind.
