Daniel Bryan recently claimed that The New Day's Big E is one of the most 'supremely under-utilised' stars currently bumping in the company and it's not hard to see why.
The former Intercontinental Champion is an absolute force of nature, showing a combination of strength and speed in the ring which even Brock Lesnar must envy from time to time.
He also just so happens to be one of the most entertaining human beings on the planet and his comedic chops have been on show for all to see throughout his run as a member of one of the most successful teams in wrestling history.
Yet, McMahon still seems reluctant to give him a shot at some serious singles glory.
Is he simply reluctant to p*ss away the guaranteed money-maker that is The New Day's merchandise machine? If that's the case then just keep the team together and have them support their pal during his pursuit of a world title, à la Kofi Kingston in 2019.
Big E looks the part, sounds the part and he's clearly been ready for a mega push for years. Yet, we're still remarkably no closer to his first run with a top belt.
